Portrait of Don Lewis, Director and CEO of SYZYGY Payment Solutions

Don Lewis

Founder & CEO, Kiosk Pay Station

Don has spent more than 20 years working in billing and payment technology, focused on a simple question: How can we make it easier for people to pay while making payment collection easier for the organization receiving the money? That experience led to the creation of Kiosk Pay Station, a purpose-built self-service payment solution designed specifically for bill-payment environments. Rather than adapting a generic kiosk to process payments, Don and the team developed Kiosk Pay Station around the operational realities of organizations that collect payments in person. The goal is to make payment more convenient for customers while helping organizations reduce lines, simplify reconciliation, improve transaction accuracy, and make better use of staff time. His experience is particularly rooted in government payments, including tax and treasury operations, and continues to shape Kiosk Pay Station as it expands into courts, utilities, healthcare, and other high-volume payment environments. His philosophy is straightforward: Make payment easier for the customer.

Portrait of Brian Dick, enterprise software architecture leader at Kiosk Pay Station

Brian Dick

Website Developer

Brian Dick brings more than 25 years of experience designing and delivering secure, scalable enterprise software for government, healthcare, life sciences, and financial services. His career spans hands-on development, enterprise architecture, engineering leadership, and the modernization of mission-critical systems that operate around the clock. He helped create the first fully integrated, real-time web property-tax payment process in the country, built platforms that supported the growth of a California property-tax provider from eight to nineteen counties, and helped transform complex cancer-diagnostics operations from largely manual workflows into automated, commercial-scale systems. In government payments, Brian designed and developed real-time web tax-payment and remittance-processing capabilities that connected Assessor, Tax Collector, and Auditor workflows. This work improved processing efficiency and reduced errors in incoming-mail payments. He also has a strong record in system reliability and operational recovery. At a web-based molecular-diagnostics company facing recurring outages, he co-authored a service-oriented framework, reorganized the development and operations teams, and introduced more disciplined engineering practices. Those changes eliminated daily outages and helped raise uptime from 83.5 percent to 99.7 percent within eight months. Elsewhere, he applied service-oriented architecture, including message queues, a rules engine, and an enterprise service bus, to unite teams working in Java, .NET, and the MEAN stack into a single platform supporting 24/7/365 operations. In healthcare and life sciences, Brian helped a cancer-diagnostics startup implement a Laboratory Information Management System and move approximately 80 percent of its wet-chemistry activity to robotic platforms. He also helped deliver the company's initial knowledgebase, report-curation tools, and physician portal. His broader work includes custom point-of-sale and client portals, a reusable web-development framework, custom augmentation screens for a Great Plains ERP, and a web-based retirement-planning application for a financial-services client. Brian leads development and operations across distributed teams using SCRUM, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods. Known for pairing innovative thinking with disciplined execution, Brian designs technology that is reliable, adaptable, and built to perform—delivering the right solution on schedule and on budget.

Kelly Keesee

CRO, Kiosk Pay Station

Kelly Keesee builds relationships that create opportunities where none previously existed. For more than 25 years, she has entered underdeveloped markets, learned what actually matters to their decision-makers, earned their trust, and built partnerships that turn into lasting commercial value. Kelly joined Heartland Payment Systems as its 35th employee with no sales background and grew alongside the company from its startup years through its acquisition by Global Payments. Along the way, she managed more than $50M in annual sales, built and coached teams, opened new verticals, and landed Heartland's first enterprise B2B customer. She has also built businesses and backed founders directly. She helped Name.com grow its marketing and strategic relationships ahead of its successful sale. When a planned rebranding role stalled during COVID, she founded Dahlia Property Partners and built a real-estate portfolio worth nearly $6M before returning to payments. Today, Kelly is Chief Revenue Officer for MyGovBill and Kiosk Pay Station, building the positioning, sales infrastructure, partnerships, and revenue systems to bring a sophisticated government payment platform to market. A Certified Payments Professional, she focuses on payment processing, government payments, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, new-market development, self-service technology, revenue growth, and client solutions.
